1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ted-Bot Store at store.ted-bot.space (the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

The Store is part of the wider Ted-Bot platform, which includes Social (ted-bot.space), Portal (portal.ted-bot.space), and related game-server services. Your use of the Store is also subject to our platform-wide rules where applicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Store. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. The Store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

3. Accounts and Identity

Purchases require a valid Ted-Bot account signed in through our Social login system. You must link your account to the correct in-game username (IGN) in the Portal before checkout. Rewards are delivered to the linked IGN on the selected game server.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your linked IGN up to date. We are not responsible for rewards delivered to an incorrectly linked account where you provided or confirmed the wrong IGN.

4. Products and Digital Goods

The Store sells digital in-game items and services, which may include kits, tickets, currency, subscriptions, roles, commands, and other virtual benefits ("Digital Goods"). Descriptions on each product page explain what is delivered.

• Digital Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Digital Goods are licensed for use within the relevant game server only, not sold as physical property.
• We may modify, balance, replace, or remove Digital Goods to maintain fair gameplay or comply with platform rules.
• Product availability, pricing, and reward configuration may change at any time before you complete payment.

5. Purchases and Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total shown, including any applicable taxes or fees displayed at checkout.

An order is not complete until payment is confirmed. If payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may withhold or revoke delivery of associated Digital Goods.

You agree not to use stolen payment methods, abuse promotions, exploit pricing errors, or attempt to obtain Digital Goods without valid payment.

6. Delivery

Where possible, Digital Goods are delivered automatically to your linked IGN shortly after successful payment. Delivery times can vary depending on server status, queue load, maintenance, or technical issues.

If delivery fails, contact support with your order reference. We will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery or resolve the issue in line with our Refund Policy.

7. Refunds

Because Digital Goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once credited in-game, all sales are generally final. Limited exceptions are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law where applicable.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Purchase on behalf of another player without authorisation, or use another person's account or payment method without permission;
• Attempt to manipulate delivery systems, duplicate rewards, or exploit bugs;
• Charge back valid transactions without first contacting support;
• Use the Store for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose;
• Interfere with Store infrastructure or attempt unauthorised access.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Store, withhold delivery, or revoke Digital Goods if you breach these Terms, breach wider Ted-Bot platform rules, or if required to protect the community or comply with law.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Store and Digital Goods are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to game servers or that every feature will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of gameplay progress, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Store. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
